The height of summer is here! And there’s still plenty of exciting Derbyshire Falcons cricket to enjoy before the school holidays are over.
Whether you’re looking for a perfect family day out with the Falcons Community Day, or to try some new craft beers and get your weekend started with the Tap Takeover Fixture, here’s something for everyone to enjoy at The Central Co-op County Ground before the end of August.
The Metro Bank One-Day Cup is the complete form of cricket, with a full day of enthralling 50-over action in the summer sun, as a Falcons team made up of some of county cricket’s biggest stars and a crop of exciting youngsters fighting for their county, aim to secure a place
in the knockout stages.
There are two Falcons home fixtures remaining this summer, starting with the Tap Takeover fixture against Surrey on Friday 22 August, as Derbyshire partner with Shiny Brewery to deliver a range of craft beers, to kick-off your weekend in style!
Tuesday 26 August sees the return of the popular Community Fixture at The Central Co-op County Ground, as kids go FREE!
Adult tickets start from just £10, meaning you can enjoy some cricket in the school holidays for less, as the Falcons take on Essex.
The Community Fixture will see a wide variety of fun activations at The Central Co-op County Ground, with something to enjoy for the whole family.
There will also be a showcase for local organisations to show what they can offer you, such as charities, local health, leisure & wellbeing centres and so much more.
